About
Otley Bridge Church Scout Group originated in 1939 and the group currently runs four sections for different ages. We meet at the Bridge Church in Otley, West Yorkshire each week.
The Group provides a fun and challenging activity programme to around seventy young people.
We are extremely fortunate to have the support of Otley Bridge Church whose facilities are provided to us without charge.
Over the past year, the Group has supported camps and expeditions amounting to over 100 ‘nights-away’ for Cubs & Scouts.
Each week the different groups organise activities for the different sections. These range from arts and crafts, sports, walks and games on the Chevin to Pioneering and trips to the local climbing wall. In the summer we try and be outside as much as possible.
